Under our Putter's Green Plan, you mow & water per our recommendations. We take care of the rest, and offer you the toughest guarantee in the Industry - beautiful grass coverage!

Putter's Green Program - Includes all the materials and timely practices found in our Pro-Care plans, PLUS: 

Putter's Green Guarantee - Lawn Medic, at end of last Seasonal Application Visit, guarantees a stated percentage of total lawn area will be under grass coverage. That all seed used is of high quality and none of annual species or varieties. If guarantee percentage is not achieved, Lawn Medic will continue service at no charge until guarantee is met. No other guarantee is expressed or implied. Guarantee does not apply beyond end of last seasonal service time period when lawn is no longer under Lawn Medic care. Unforeseen natural catastrophes and breach of service agreement make this guarantee null-in-void. Guarantee pertains only to authorized Lawn Medic dealers and their clienteles.

Seeding

  • Premium bluegrass / fine lawn grass seed blends
  • Guaranteed up to 95% grass coverage, best in industry. If not, we come back at no charge! (except for dense shade areas & conditions beyond our control)

  • Disease prevention and corrective services as needed

    • Power Aerations

  • Performed in the Spring or Fall, or both as needed.
  • Aeration depth from 1.5" to 4" infinitely variable to soil conditions through Lawn Medic's Exclusive Hydraulic Slice Aerator System
  • No Messy Core Sod Plug Debris
  • Thousands more holes to maximize benefits quickly. One aerator pass over turf makes 17 holes per Sq Ft (17,280 holes per 1000 sq.ft.) - Producing 4 - 7 times more holes than common core aerators!
  • Fractures soil beneath thatch level to reduce soil compaction
